Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our residential care team. The RN will be responsible for overseeing resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership and clinical guidance to caregiving staff. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, supportive, and high-quality living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and develop, update, and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and state regulations.
• Monitor residents’ health status and promptly address changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, pharmacies, and outside healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and facility policies.
• Provide clinical training, guidance, and supervision to caregivers.
• Oversee caregiver schedules and daily assignments to ensure adequate staffing levels and high standards of resident care.
• Assist with quality assurance, infection control, and emergency preparedness procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or residential care preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
